Communication with Home

At Robin Hood, we feel we are a part of your family and as a result have tried to incorporate a number of approaches to promote healthy exchanges of information. You are invited at all times to contact us via telephone to ask questions, share your thoughts and receive updates about our programs. Our website www.camprobinhood.ca is a constant source of information all year long and we encourage you and your children to check it out regularly.

In May, you will receive our Parent Information Package which provides all of our families with the information necessary for another fantastic summer. Our health, swim information and clothing order forms are just a few of the items that you will receive prior to camp so that your family is properly prepared for the summer. We are also very proud of our now renowned Bus Mail system which allows our families, on a daily basis during the summer, to communicate with us. Since our phone lines tend to get busy during the summer, this is by far the easiest and most efficient means of correspondence we have while camp is in session.

Write a note, give it to your bus counsellor and they hand it in to our “Distribution Centre” upon arrival at camp. It’s that easy!!! You will receive Bus Mail Envelopes prior to the beginning of camp and can have your stock replenished throughout the summer. You can always also send us an email at office@camprobinhood.ca.
