Special Events

In addition to the great daily programs campers experience at Robin Hood, we also include wonderful special events that make the summer even more memorable. Highlights include:

July Camp-Wide Program – “Colour Wars”
Each July the entire camp participates in an amazing all-day event known as “Colour Wars”. Campers where team colours, cheer, cooperate and compete to see which colour will be victorious each summer.

Flagpole
Three times each week campers gather around our flagpole stage to be entertained and play along with our energetic and enthusiastic flagpole staff. Camp Songs, skits and all out silliness takes place at this very popular time during our camp week. Our traditional “Camp Dance” is performed at flagpole and all of our campers and staff get to show off their dance moves to a specially chosen song each summer.

August Camp Wide Program – “Quest for the Golden Arrow”
One of the programs we are most proud of at Camp Robin Hood is the annual “Quest for the Golden Arrow”. For over 10 years, this 2-day event which takes place during the last week of the summer. Our three teams: Little John. Friar Tuck and Will Scarlett work hard to capture the Golden Arrow each summer. All participants receive a “Quest” t-shirt and are rewarded with a one-of-a-kind “Quest Carnival”. This event captures all aspects of Robin Hood spirit and should not be missed.
