Our Staff

The experience gained by our campers is made possible by the quality of our staff. Many of our counsellors have grown up as campers at Robin Hood and have continued on as camp leaders. We are very proud that 60-70% of our staff return each year. All of our staff are well trained and develop the skills necessary to be wonderful role models for your child.

The enthusiasm and spirit displayed by our staff is often sited as one of the reasons why our campers have such a positive experience. Our supervisory staff are mostly University graduates, many of whom work as teachers during the year. The experience of this wonderful group of leaders and the continuity of our counselling staff has allowed us to gain the trust of parents resulting in over 75% of our campers returning to Robin Hood year after year. Many of these same campers will be the core of our staff in the future.
